💌 What is the Thistle & Thread Mail Club?

Each month, you’ll receive a letter from one of our woodland villagers — plus cosy extras like recipes, riddles, playlists, postcards, and more. It’s a magical postbox experience, wrapped in charm and delivered straight to your door.

📦 What do I receive each month?

Every envelope includes:

• A storybook-style letter from a Thistlewood character - Most months will be 2 letters.

• Two hand drawn A6 postcards

• Cosy extras such as gluten-free recipes, riddles, book reviews, gardening tips, and gentle advice.

✉️ When will my letter arrive?

We post letters around the 10th of each month.

Orders placed after the 1st will receive the following month’s letter as their first.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We post worldwide. The cost of shipping is included in your monthly payment.

🔁 Is it a subscription?

Yes — it’s a monthly subscription with the freedom to cancel anytime.

🎁 Can I send a letter as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout.

You can also add a short message if you’d like us to include a little gift note.

❌ Can I cancel or get a refund?

Because each letter is printed, packed, and personalised just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds — but if anything goes wrong, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

✍️ Who writes the letters?

Each letter and extra is written by the villagers themselves — from Penny’s pantry notes to Artemis’s gardening tips — and carefully transcribed (with much interruption from Oswin) by their assistant, Kathryn.
